Taipei, Taiwan, November 18, 2020 – Advantech, a leading industrial computing platform provider is pleased to

announce its TPC-300 series–the next generation of its widely adopted TPC industrial panel pc aimed at machine automation and IoT applications.

Inheriting the compact design of its predecessor, the TPC-300 series panel PCs are available with a 15” or 24” true-flat

display and either resistive or P-CAP touch control for flexible configuration according to usage requirements. Following

15” and 24”, 12”, 17” and 18.5” will be available in Q1 2021, providing a full range of product sizes to fit various

installation sites. Equipped with an 8th generation Intel? Core? i3/i5/i7 processor and 64 GB of DDR4 memory, the TPC-300

series also supports three types of storage–high-speed M.2 NVMe (M-key) , M.2 (B-key) SATA, and 2.5” SATA SSD–for

enhanced computing performance. In addition to its four USB 3.2, one USB 2.0, two RS-232/422/485 ports, and two RS-232

(reserved), TPC-300 features an M.2 (B-key) connector for integrating a 5G module, as well as an mPCIe slot for 4G, LTE,

Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth modules. The full HD display delivers superior imaging and visual quality, while the IP66-rated front

panel protects against water and dust ingress. Additionally, the panel PC is compatible with panel and VESA mounting,

allowing it to be conveniently installed and deployed in a wide variety of industrial environments. For improved

management, the TPC-300 series supports Advantech’s WISE-PaaS/DeviceOn, WebAccess/SCADA, and WebAccess/HMI software, which

enable data visualization, device monitoring and control, and centralized remote management. TPC-300 devices can also be

bundled with machine vision software for factory inspection applications, enabling intelligent quality inspections that

facilitate industrial IoT operations.

TPC-300 supports multiple wireless communication technologies and is 5G ready to ensure superior mobile connectivity for

real-time communication and high-speed data transmissions. To ensure easy system expansion, the panel PCs is equipped with

an M.2 (B-key) connector for integrating a 5G module, and an mPCIe slot for 4G, LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth modules.

Additionally, a built-in TPM 2.0 module provides hardware-based security to ensure data integrity and secure transfers

across diverse platforms.

To facilitate convenient device monitoring and preemptive maintenance, the TPC-300 series monitors are bundled with

Advantech’s value-added software solutions. These solutions include WISE-PaaS/DeviceOn for remote device monitoring and

management; WebAccess/SCADA and WebAccess/HMI for browser-based supervisory control, data acquisition, and visualization;

and VisionNavi programmable machine vision software for complex machine vision applications, such as vision-based

inspection and measurement. These software offerings are fully tested for compatibility and, combined with the TPC-300

panel PC, provide the ideal application-ready computing solution for IoT implementation and expansion.
